Publishing Assistant Happiness Guarantee

When you purchase a manuscript credit with Publishing.ai, we want you to know we have your back. If the quality of your manuscript isn’t where you want it to be, we will work with you until it is.

Your Responsibilities as a Publisher

Our software team has interviewed hundreds of students, coaches, and publishers during the development of the Publishing Assistant, and one thing is clear - the publisher needs to be fully vested in the manuscript's success. That means you must ensure you have taken full advantage of our courses, training, coaching, and help videos. Before contacting our support team, please make sure:

  • You agree that you have utilized the resources given and taken action on the training inside AI Publishing Academy.

  • You have watched all training videos in the software before starting each phase of the Publishing Assistant process.

  • Your book topic/title has passed the Proof of Concept process.

  • You have entered all the necessary information in all fields at each step.

  • You have reviewed the generated output and edited it with your content.

What You Can Expect

If you have gone through all of the responsibilities as a publisher, and you’re still not satisfied with the results, our support team will:

  • Ensure you have access to and have reviewed all relevant educational materials for creating your manuscript.

  • Review the information you provided to the Publishing Assistant and analyze the output.

  • Compare the quality of the manuscript against your feedback.

  • Provide additional insights, education, or tips on improving your manuscript.

  • If all other steps do not produce a manuscript that makes you 100% happy, our team may offer you an additional free manuscript credit to try again.

Manuscript FAQ

Is the AI-generated manuscript ready for publishing?

It is ready for editing.

That's still a few steps short of publishing. AI-written manuscripts lay an incredible foundation for your book but aren't finished products that you should immediately upload to Amazon.

Take the time to read your book and make smart edits. AI is a great assistant, but it can't keep the entire book in its memory simultaneously, so you will likely find instances of repetition or contradiction. You may also find that the tone or style of certain sections doesn't match the way a human author would write or that factual details need fleshing out or correcting.

The manuscript is an insanely efficient first draft that does 90% of your work. Once you've applied the effort needed to polish the results, you should have a book that shines.

I'm not happy with the output. What do I do?

We are confident that most manuscript outputs will be interesting, well-written, and usable (with the above caveats). We are constantly working to improve the manuscript results.

If your manuscript just isn't quite what you wanted, we suggest using ChatGPT to rewrite specific sections or do some targeted editing of your own.

However, if your manuscript has technical deficiencies, you may contact support@publishing.com for assistance. The following occurrences qualify:

  • Missing chapters

  • Repeated chapters

  • A credit is used, but no manuscript is generated

  • One or more chapters are clearly and unrelated to the topic

When you contact support, you will be asked for some basic information to confirm this, and so that we can create a bug report for our development team to investigate.
