How to Manage Your Subscription
Click on your profile (top right corner)
Select Manage Subscription
Review all 3 subscription tiers and their features
Choose your desired upgrade as needed

Payment Methods
Adding Payment Details
To ensure continued access and enroll in monthly subscription:
Navigate to Payment Methods section
Enter your payment details correctly
Click the Add button when ready
Payment Confirmation
If your current access has NOT expired:
You will see a confirmation message
Message confirms your payment details have been added successfully
If your access HAS expired:
You will see payment confirmation
Display shows payment method used
Shows last four digits of your credit card
Billing Cycle Information
Important: Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you still have time remaining on your current subscription, you will not be billed until that time expires.
Backup Payment Method
Pro Tip: You can add a backup payment method for additional security.
Benefits:
Prevents service interruption if primary payment fails
Provides payment redundancy
How to add backup payment:
Return to Payment Methods page
Click Add New again
Enter backup payment details
Account Details

Click on your profile (top right corner)
Select Account Details

Viewing Credit History
From the Account Details screen, you can view your Manuscript Credit History.
Credit Information Displayed:
Credit Types
Free Credits: Promotional or complimentary credits
Paid Credits: Purchased credits
Credit Details
Type: Free or Paid designation
Reason: Source of credit (promotional offers display here)
Expiry Information:
Paid Credits: Never expire
Free Credits: Expire after 1 year from issue date
Redemption Status: Date of redemption if credit has been used
