Guide: Subscriptions and Account Details

This article will help you with subscribing to, and provide you information on accessing your account details.

If you have had access to through AIA or PA and your time is running out, you will want to subscribe so that you can keep using the software and create quality books with our publishing assistant.

Currently, you can see how much time you have remaining on the top right of the software.


If you would like to subscribe and update your subscription details, click on your profile, and then click Manage Billing.

A pop up will appear allowing you to manage your subscription.
You can see that a Monthly Essential Subscription is $29 USD a month.

To ensure you have continued access and are enrolled in the monthly subscription, click on Payment Methods.

You will see another pop up prompting you to enter your payment details.

Enter your payment details in correctly, and then click the Add button when you are ready.

When your payment method has been accepted, you will see a confirmation letting you know your payment details have been added if your current access has not ended yet.

If your Access has expired and you are adding payment details to re-gain access, you will see that you paid via, and the last four digits of your credit card.

Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, so if you still have time left on your current subscription, you will not be billed until that runs out.

Subscriptions to are monthly reoccuring, so if you cancel a subscription, you will be billed for one (1) month, and have access until the end of the billing period.

FUN FACT: You can add a backup payment method if you like. It can come in handy if your primary method of payment fails.

Account Details

During your use of the software, you may want to see certain details of your account.

Go to your profile on the top right and click on Account Details.

You will see a new display showing you account detials such as Account Information, Payment Methods, Billing Address, and Billing History.

From this Screen, you can also view your Manuscript Credit History:

Here you can see:

  • Type of credits you have (Free or Paid)

  • Reason (if you receive a credit for any type of promotional offer you will see it displayed here)

  • Expiry (Paid credits nenver expire, Free Credits expire after 1 year from Issue Date)

  • If you have redeemed your credit, the date of redemption

You can also change your password by clicking on Change Password on the left menu of your account details.

Canceling your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, you will have full access to the features included in the software for the duration of your subscription period until your billing cycle ends.

To cancel your subscription to, go to your profile icon on the top right of your screen and click on Manage Billing.

A new pop up will appear allowing you to manage your subscription.
Click on your subscription plan

You can then click on Cancel Subscription.

The date your subscription will end will be displayed for you so that you know how long you still have access to the software to either generate new content, or copy export content to store on your personal device.

Once your Subscription has been cancelled, you will not be able to log in to access your generations.

You will be asked to select a reason for leaving and then you can confirm your cancellation by clicking Confirm Cancellation.
