Prerequisites

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Course Library

  1. Click the following link to login: PA Course Library

  2. Enter your login credentials when prompted

  3. Wait for the dashboard to load completely

Step 2: Navigate to Profile Settings

  1. Locate your profile picture/avatar in the top right corner of your screen

  2. Click on your profile picture/avatar

  3. Select "Profile settings" from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Update Your Settings

Update Timezone:

  1. Navigate to the profile settings section

  2. Locate the Timezone area

  3. Select your preferred timezone from the dropdown menu

Update Profile Picture/Avatar:

  1. In the same profile settings section, locate the Avatar area

  2. Upload or select your new profile picture

  3. Ensure the image meets any size or format requirements

Save Your Changes:

  1. After making your timezone and avatar updates

  2. Click the "Save Changes" button

  3. Wait for confirmation that your changes have been saved


Important Notes

  • Changes to your timezone will affect how course schedules and deadlines are displayed

  • Profile picture changes may take a few minutes to appear across all areas of your dashboard

  • Ensure you save your changes before navigating away from the settings page


Troubleshooting

If you cannot see your profile picture in the top right corner:

  • Refresh your browser page

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Ensure you are properly logged in

If the Save Changes button is not working:

  • Check your internet connection

  • Try refreshing the page and making changes again

  • Contact support if the issue persists
