Q: Why can’t I access the next module in the course?

A: The modules are unlocked 1 module at a time to ensure that students don’t skip steps in the publishing process and also so that students have a complete understanding of the material before moving on. To unlock a module, you must complete the previous “end of module assessment” and click “done” on all lessons.

Q: I’m an existing member, and the modules have been locked again, how do I access the course again from where I left off?

A: There was a pretty extensive overhaul and redesign of the entire course recently, so yes your modules are “locked” again. But all you need to do is the same process listed above. Just click “done” and the following modules will unlock. (you may need to hit refresh for the change/unlock to take effect) if you’ve tried this several times and it’s not working - please visit

Q: I am having trouble logging in, where is the login page?

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: No, not at this moment. Our affiliate program is closed until further notice.

Q: How do I get a refund?

Q: How many coaching calls do I get included with my membership?

A: 4, and they are set up to be scheduled at the end of modules 2 - 5.

A: No, not at this time.

Q: How do I change my password for AIA access?

A: At the top left of the AIA dashboard you click the link for “Programs”. On the top right of the “Programs” page - you will see your profile pic/avatar - click that and open “Profile Settings” - From there, you can change your password.
