Why can’t I access the next module in the course?

The modules are unlocked ONE module at a time to ensure that students don’t skip steps in the publishing process. Students need a complete understanding of the material before moving on. To unlock a module, you must complete the previous “end of module assessment” and click “done” on all lessons. Check out this video to watch it HERE.


I’m an existing member, and the modules have locked again. How do I access the course again from where I left off?

There was an extensive redesign of the entire course recently, so your modules might be locked again. However, all you need to do is follow the same process listed above. Just click “done” and the following modules will unlock. You may need to hit refresh for the change/unlock to take effect. If you’ve tried this several times and it’s not working - please visit help.publishing.com and send a message to our Support Team using the chat widget at the bottom right of the page.


I am having trouble logging in. Where is the login page?

Click HERE to access the dashboard. Enter your username and password to get into the dashboard and access the course. If you don't have your login details or can't login, then please contact our support team at help.publishing.com and send a message to our Support Team using the chat widget at the bottom right of the page (shown above).


Do you have an affiliate program?

No, not at this moment. Our affiliate program is closed until further notice.

How do I get a refund?

Please send a message to our Support Team using the chat widget at the bottom right of the page to fill out a refund request form.

I can’t make it to my coaching call. What do I do?

Please visit help.publishing.com and send a message to our Support Team using the chat widget at the bottom right of the page to let us know at least 3 hours before the call. Try to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your call. Life happens - just reach out and let us know what’s up!

Can I purchase extra coaching calls?

Not at this time.


How do I change my password for AIA access?

Step 1

On the top right of the dashboard you will see your profile picture/avatar. Click that button.

Click “Profile Settings”.

Step 2

Scroll down until you see "Password" then change your password.
