How to find your bookshelf and the URL of your books

Step 1

Your eBook and/or paperback book must be published and live on Amazon. If you have not done so already, please do that and review this article afterward.

Step 2

Visit www.kdp.amazon.com and login.

Click on “Bookshelf”.

This homepage is your bookshelf.

This page shows all your published books and you can scroll through and find your books.

Step 3:

Locate the book you want. Hover your cursor over “View on Amazon”

Step 4:

Click on the Amazon Marketplace you are in (such as “US” or “UK") and then copy the URL of that page and paste it to a safe place for reference.

How to take a screenshot

In certain cases, you may need to take screenshots of your work, dashboard or page to share with fellow students or members of the publishing.com team as part of a troubleshooting or submission step.

Take a screenshot on a Mac

To take a screenshot on Mac, press and then release these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.

This will take a screenshot of the entire screen and save to your computer.

You may also Press and then release these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 4. The cursor turns into a crosshair, with this, you can drag the cursor over the area you want to screenshot and release.

Take a screenshot on PC/ Windows

To take a screenshot on Windows, Press Windows logo key + Shift + S to open the snipping tool overlay to capture an image snapshot.

You may then choose the rectangle option to drag over the area you want to screenshot or the full screen option to capture the entire screen.
