  • Access to your Canva Projects folder

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Canva Projects

  1. Open your web browser and go to Canva.com

  2. Log into your Canva account

  3. Click on "Projects" in the main navigation

  4. You will be directed to the Projects screen where all your cover drafts are stored

Step 2: Select Your Cover Draft

  1. Browse through your projects to find the cover draft you want to edit

  2. Click directly on the cover you wish to modify

  3. The cover will open in Canva's editing interface

Step 3: Edit Your Cover

  1. Click anywhere within the cover to start editing

  2. Make any revisions you feel are necessary, such as:

  • Changing text content

  • Adjusting colors or fonts

  • Modifying images or graphics

  • Repositioning elements

Step 4: Download Your Revised Cover

  1. When you finish making edits, click on "Share" in the top menu

  2. Select "Download" from the dropdown menu

  3. Choose "File Type" from the options

  4. Select "JPG" as your file format

  5. Click download to save the file


Important Notes

  • The revised cover will be saved to your Downloads folder automatically

  • This downloaded JPG file is the version you should upload to KDP

  • Ensure your cover meets KDP's technical requirements before uploading

  • Keep your original Canva project file for future edits
