This is a step-by-step guide on what to do if you try logging in to your AIA course, but the password is not working. Resolve this in just a few simple steps.
Step 1
Go to the Course Login Page for AIA.
Step 2
Please look below the login area and click on Click Here To Reset.
Step 3
It will then open up this page, and you’ll see below where you’ll enter your AIA email address and click on Send Recovery Info.
Use your correct AIA email when filling out the page so our system can recognize you and send your recovery info.
Step 4
Locate the email we’ve just sent you to reset your password (check inbox, spam, and promotions folders). Open the email and use the link provided to reset your password.
Step 5
Enter your new password, confirm your new password, and click Submit.
Step 6
You will be signed in to your account using the new password.
