This is a step-by-step guide on what to do if you are trying to login to your AIA Course but the password is not working. Resolve this in just a few simple steps.
Step 1
Go to the Course Login Page for AIA.
Step 2
Please look below the login area and click on “Click Here To Reset”
Step 3
It will then open up this page, you’ll see below where you’ll enter your AIA email address and click on “Send Recovery Info”:
Be sure to use your correct AIA email when filling out the page, so that our system can recognise you and send your recovery info across.
Step 4
Locate the email we’ve just sent you to reset your password (check inbox, spam, and promotions folders).
Step 5
Open the email and use the link provided within to reset your password.
Step 6
Enter your new password, confirm your new password, click “Submit”.
Step 7
Return to the Login Page and login to the course with your new password.
