Step 1
If you’re not able to make the Zoom Orientation Meeting scheduled, go to the email that was sent to you after booking the orientation meeting. At the very bottom of the email, you will see a cancellation link.
Step 2
Click on the link and cancel.
Step 3
Click, "Yes, cancel appointment."
Step 4
Once done, you can reschedule a new Orientation Zoom Meeting.
