Step 1
If you can't make the Zoom onboarding call, you can go to the invite email sent to you after booking the call. In that email, you will see a link to cancel/reschedule.
Step 2
Click on the link and select cancel. Enter the reason for canceling in the text box and click Cancel the booking.
Step 3
Once done, you can reschedule a new onboarding call. Refer to this article to learn how to reschedule an onboarding call.
