This is a step-by-step guide on rescheduling your onboarding call.
Note - Onboarding calls cannot be rescheduled within four hours of the meeting.
Step 1
To reschedule your onboarding call, go to the meeting invite sent to you after booking the onboarding call. Scroll down to find the Cancel/Reschedule link.
Step 2
Once you click on the link, you will have options. Click Reschedule. And then click See available times.
Step 3
In the next window, pick a time of your convenience from the available slots.
Step 4
Provide the reason for rescheduling and click Continue.
Step 5
Your call is rescheduled, and the Zoom details will be emailed to you.
If you do not see a time that works for you, a great alternative could be a recording of recent onboarding call that gives you the same information and walkthrough you missed.
