Step 1
If you booked an onboarding call and want to schedule a different time, go to the email that was sent to you after booking the onboarding call. In this email, you will find the "Cancel/Reschedule" link.
Step 2
Once you click on the link, you will have options to choose from. Please click on the button that says "Reschedule".
Step 3
When you click "Reschedule", other time slots available for the day will appear. Click on the time that works for you. Once you click on the new time slot, we will email you with the details and Zoom link.

If you do not see a time that works for you, a great alternative could be a recording of a recent onboarding call that gives you the same information and walkthrough you missed.
