How to Register and Attend Live Q and A Calls

Overview

This guide explains how to register for and attend live Q and A calls through your AIA dashboard. You can access these calls to get real-time support and answers to your questions.

Important Note About Missed Calls

If you miss any Q and A calls, you can watch the recordings later. Navigate to the "Resources and Recordings" section inside your AIA dashboard to access all recorded sessions.


Registration Process

Step 1: Access Your AIA Dashboard

  1. Go to your AIA dashboard at: http://aia.publishing.com/

  2. Log in with your credentials

Step 2: Navigate to Registration

  1. Look for the section labeled "Live weekly Q & A calls" on the right side of your dashboard

  2. Click on "Click here to register"

  3. Watch the instructional video that appears on the next page

Step 3: Complete Registration for All Calls

Register for all 5 weekly calls:

  • Tuesday

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday

  • Friday

  • Sunday

Email Confirmation and Reminders

After registration, you will receive:

  • Email reminders 24 hours before each call

  • Email reminders 1 hour before each call

  • These reminders contain the join links for each session


Attending the Q and A Calls

How to Join a Live Call

  1. Check your email for the reminder message

  2. Click on the "Click here to join" link in the reminder email

  3. The link will take you directly to the Q and A session

  4. Join at the scheduled time for the call

Call Schedule

The live Q and A calls occur weekly on:

  • Tuesday

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday

  • Friday

  • Sunday

Accessing Recorded Sessions

If you cannot attend a live call:

  1. Go to your AIA dashboard

  2. Navigate to the "Resources and Recordings" section

  3. Browse and watch any previously recorded Q and A sessions
