For AIA, we offer two separate refund provisions as mentioned in the Terms of Service.

How do I know if I qualify for a refund? and how do I send a refund request?

To confirm the exact refund policy you enrolled under, please review Section 6 in the link above.

We have 2 refund options for AIA. In order to receive a refund, you must qualify for at least 1 of them. These are;

  • The 72 hour refund: AI Publishing Academy is subject to a three (3) day right of rescission where you, the buyer, may cancel within three (3) business days of your initial payment. All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to [email protected] within 3 days of your enrolment.

  • The Plain and Simple Guarantee: In addition to the three (3) day right to cancel the transaction, also has a satisfaction warranty, also called the Plain and Simple Guarantee, for its AI Publishing Academy clients. If a client meets certain requirements and is still not satisfied with his/her purchase, the company will issue a full refund. To see the full requirments as it applies to you, please click HERE.

Publishing Accelerator

As the Publishing Accelerator is our top level personal coaching program designed to help you get results, we commit to working with you to make that happen. The Mikkelsen Money-Back Guarantee only applies to the AI Publishing Academy program and does not apply to your enrollment in the Publishing Accelerator. The following policy governs any cancellation of your enrollment in Publishing Accelerator:

  • You may cancel this transaction within 72 hours of the payment being made, after which the sale is final and non-refundable.

  • If you cancel, any payments made by you under this contract or sale will return to you within 7 days.

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing via the blue widget at the bottom right of your AIA dashboard.

  • The company will retain a 5% cancellation charge to cover any fees.

If you are not satisfied with your progress at the end of your 6-month membership in Publishing Accelerator and you can prove that you have used the resources given and taken action on the training, then we will give you an additional 6 months of access to Publishing Accelerator, at no additional charge. Using the resources means:

  • Have watched the video training;

  • Attended at least one of each workshop;

  • Communicated with your coach on a monthly basis, your coach has reviewed and approved important steps in the publishing process such as your book topic, book title, and book cover; and

  • Have attended at least 6 coaching calls. LLC makes no guarantee regarding the amount of business success you will achieve with this program. Any damages are limited to the amounts paid to LLC.
