This article explains how to obtain purchase receipts for Publishing.com programs and subscriptions. You can receive receipts automatically or request duplicates through customer support.
Email Receipt Process
Publishing.com automatically sends a receipt to your payment email address for every purchase or subscription.
Where to Check for Your Receipt
Check the following email locations immediately after making a payment:
Inbox - Primary email folder
Spam folder - Automated emails may be filtered here
Promotions folder - Gmail users should check this tab
Junk folder - Alternative spam folder name
Requesting a Duplicate Receipt
When You Need to Request a Duplicate
Contact support if you:
Cannot locate your original receipt in any email folder
Need the receipt sent to a different email address
Require additional copies for your records
How to Contact Support
Log into your AIA dashboard
Click on the Help Widget in the bottom right corner of the screen
Select "Ask a Question" from the available options
Type a message like: "I need my receipt/invoice for..."
Important: Specify which program or subscription you need the receipt for
Send your message, and the support team will respond with your requested receipt/invoice based on the program or subscription you specified.
