At the end of this article, you will learn how to find the receipts for your payment for your enrollment into the AI Publishing Academy and Publishing Accelerator program.
Step 1
With each payment/subscription you make for any of our programs, you will receive a receipt automatically sent to your payment email. Please find the receipt sent to you on the day you had made a payment with us.
Please check your email (inbox/spam/promotions folder) and you should have received this right after your payment, and it could end up in any of those mailboxes.
Step 2
If you cannot find the receipt or would like this to be sent to you again, please contact us via the Help Widget in the bottom right corner of your AIA dashboard.
Step 3
Select "Ask a Question" and type “Need my receipt/invoice” in the message area and send it. Be sure to indicate if you request a receipt for AIA or PA. We will then contact you with your receipt/invoice per your request.
