Step 1
With each payment/subscription you make for any of our programs, you will receive a receipt automatically sent to your payment email.
Please check your email (inbox/spam/promotions folder) and you should have received this right after your payment.
Step 2
If you cannot find the receipt or would like this to be sent to you again, please contact us via the Help Widget in the bottom right corner of your AIA dashboard.
Step 3
Select "Ask a Question" and type “Need my receipt/invoice” in the message area and send it. Be sure to indicate what program/ subscription you need a receipt for. We will then contact you with your receipt/invoice per your request.
