This is a step-by-step guide to show you exactly how to cancel or reschedule your Success Call should you need to.

We understand that sometimes life happens so we want to make sure you have the tools you need to cancel or reschedule the Success Call if needed.

Find the confirmation email you received after booking your Success Call and open it.

Click on the blue link below “Customer's Cancel/Reschedule Link”.

If you want to reschedule, please click on “Reschedule” and then select the date and time you’d like to reschedule for.

You’ll receive a new confirmation email from us letting you know it had successfully been rescheduled and provide you with the details for the phone call.

If you want to cancel, please click on “Cancel”. Then fill out your “reason for canceling” and click on “Cancel The Booking”

It will direct you to a page that shows your Success Call has canceled.
