This is a step-by-step guide to what to do when you do not receive a zoom meeting link after booking a 1-on-1 Coaching Call.
There are 2 reasons this could occur:
The call has not been successfully booked.
The confirmation email could have ended up in your spam or promotions folders if you can’t find it in your inbox.
Step 1
Once you’ve finished booking your 1-on-1 Coaching Call, please check your email inbox, spam and promotions folders to see that you have received the confirmation email.
Once you’ve found the email, open it up to verify you have your Zoom Meeting Link there.
This is the link you will click on just before your 1-on-1 Coaching Call starts to be able to join.
Step 2
If there is no confirmation email from us in your inbox, spam or promotions folders,
Kindly reach out to us via the Blue Help Widget in the bottom right corner of your AIA dashboard to let us know you haven’t received it.
We will then verify if you have indeed successfully booked your 1-on-1 Coaching Call or not.
Step 3
If you have successfully booked, we’ll be able to find the booking and provide you with your Zoom Link to join the meeting at the scheduled date & time.
Step 4
Keep the email somewhere safe, so you’ll have your Zoom Meeting Link ready when the time comes.
