If you are near the end of your 6 month Publishing Accelerator subscription and need to cancel or downgrade your subscription, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Review Your Subscription Details
Ensure you are within the 6-month subscription term and are requesting changes before your renewal date. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
Your renewal date is set for six months from the date of your initial contract signature.
Step 2: Contact Support
You can request a cancellation or downgrade through one of these methods:
In-App Messaging:
Log into your Publishing Accelerator Membership Portal.
Click the messaging button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. (It's also on this page.)
Email Support:
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Publishing Accelerator Cancellation/Downgrade Request.”
Include the following details:
Full Name
Email associated with your account
Reason for cancellation/downgrade (optional)
Step 3: Confirmation
Once your request is submitted, our support team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with a confirmation of your request and information on next steps.
Important Notes
Cancellation or downgrade requests must be submitted 24 hours before the subscription renewal date.
If no request is made, the subscription will automatically renew per the terms of your agreement.
Any unused coaching calls or features are forfeited upon cancellation.
