This article explains how to cancel or downgrade your Publishing Accelerator subscription before your renewal date. Follow the steps below to submit your request properly.

Subscription Term Requirements

  • You must be within your 6-month subscription term

  • Your renewal date is set for six months from your initial contract signature date

  • Changes must be requested before your renewal date

Request Deadline

  • All requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to renewal

  • Late requests cannot be processed for the current billing cycle


Steps to Cancel or Downgrade

Step 1: Review Your Subscription Details

  • Confirm you are within your 6-month subscription term

  • Verify your renewal date (six months from contract signature)

  • Ensure you are submitting your request at least 24 hours before renewal

Step 2: Contact Support

You can request a cancellation or downgrade through one of these methods:

  1. In-App Messaging:

    1. Log into your Publishing Accelerator Membership Portal.

    2. Click the messaging button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. (It's also on this page.)

  2. Email Support:

    1. Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Publishing Accelerator Cancellation/Downgrade Request.”

    2. Include the following details:

      1. Full Name

      2. Email associated with your account

      3. Reason for cancellation/downgrade (optional)

Step 3: Confirmation

  • Our support team will contact you within 1-2 business days

  • You will receive confirmation of your request

  • Next steps information will be provided


Important Information

Automatic Renewal Policy

  • If no request is submitted, your subscription will automatically renew

  • Renewal follows the terms of your original agreement

Forfeited Benefits

  • Unused coaching calls are forfeited upon cancellation

  • Unused features are forfeited upon cancellation

  • No refunds are provided for unused services

Request Processing Rules

  • Requests must be submitted 24 hours before renewal date

  • Late requests cannot be processed for current billing cycle

  • All requests require confirmation from support team
